I want you to be satisfied that my courses deliver what they promise. If for any reason you decide that you are dissatisfied with your course, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you are unhappy with a course, for whatever reason, please email me with the following information:

1. The email you enrolled with
   
2. The reason you are unhappy with the course.

This last detail is important since it may indicate that something needs to be changed, added, or improved.
